Founded in 2018, A. K. INFRADREAM LIMITED is a leading real estate development organization with an outlook toward providing the best possible living standards. Situated in Prayagraj, we are on a mission to transform the rural landscape with lavish residential and commercial properties. Since we began this journey back in July of 2018, A. K. INFRADREAM LIMITED has grown by leaps and bounds to become the leading real estate developer in the central Prayagraj area. Here are some notable accolades to our name.
Here are some notable accolades to our name (1). In the 4 years of our existence we have completed 12 projects. Our very first project which began in 2018 with only 10 acres, has now grown to be a 125 acre project. Another project, which was priced at INR 51,000 for 900 sq ft, has now increased in value to 6 lakhs within 4 years. Our projects are spread across UP in high-value areas such as Azar of Prayagraj, Bando Rampur Saraswati Hi Tech City, Jagatpur Prayagraj, Bara NTPC and Meja NTPC, etc. We have opened over 18 branches across UP and other states and acquired over 10,000 sales associates.
The reason why A. K. INFRADREAM LIMITED has been able to achieve such steep success in a short period of time is due to our diligence toward ensuring customer satisfaction in every way possible. Right from the selection of land for our projects, to our vast and growing network, we always ensure that the process is transparent and customer friendly.
